Marthrown Roundhouse is pretty cool. Its a Celtic Iron Age Roundhouse in Dumfries. I will certainly be checking it out in the spring perhaps. Here is my favourite sentence on their website (describing toilet facilities) -
"Come and try it out when you get the chance – this truly is a poo with a difference!!!!"
It sleeps 16 and you cook everything on an open fire. There is even an Iron Age Sauna and Jacuzzi.
